Cancellation Policy Your appointments are very important to me. I understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. • 24-Hour Notice: There is no fee for cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours before your appointment time. • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. • Illness Policy: I understand that emergencies and illnesses happen.
