Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Your appointments are very important to me. I understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. • 24-Hour Notice: There is no fee for cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours before your appointment time. • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. • Illness Policy: I understand that emergencies and illnesses happen. If you are feeling unwell, the cancellation fee will be waived. In such cases, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting my business!
